CUSTOM OR SPECIAL
ORDERS
Purchaser can not cancel once an order
is placed with the factory for non-stock or special order items. Please
check all information carefully before placing an order. DBM
CONTROLS HAS A NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY ON CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS.
RETURNS
Products must be in the original
shipping container and have no markings on the container in order for
DBM Controls to authorize a return
(specification sheets, installation guides and warranty information).
Returns must be received within 15 days from purchase date accompanied
by the original sales receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% minimum
restocking fee. Cancelled orders are subject to a 30% minimum restocking
fee. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges on all returns.
DBM CONTROLS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY INSTALLED ELECTRIC OR
ELECTRONIC PARTS.
WARRANTY POLICY
Products sold are covered
by manufacturer’s warranty, and
vary greatly between manufactures, please request any specific
warranties required. Purchaser will ship defective item to DBM Controls
at their own expense. DBM Controls is not responsible for labor charges
of parts or equipment of any kind.
